Luc Masure

Luc Masure has a master’s in economics (Université Libre de Bruxelles - 1978) and a postgraduate degree in econometrics (Université Libre de Bruxelles - 1980). After working for several years at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (DULBEA) and the INAMI-RIZIV (Research department), he started work at the Belgian Federal Planning Bureau in 1990. He is currently the coordinator of the “Labour market” team and mainly works on the short- and long-term projections and on analysing the macro-economic effects of employment measures. He is also Belgium’s delegate to the OECD Employment and Social Affairs Committee (ELSAC).
