Input-output tables 2010 - ESA 2010 (December 2015) [IO2010 - SEC2010]

 Updates

22/12/2015

The input-output system for 2010 was calculated in line with the rules of the European System of Accounts 2010 (ESA 2010). The data are published in a set of 10 tables and are available at the aggregation level of 64 industries (A64) and 64 product groups (P64).

The supply and use tables, from which the input-output tables are derived, are set out in tables 1 and 2. Tables 3 to 5 describe the transition tables needed to convert the use table valued at purchasers’ prices into a use table valued at basic prices. Next, the use table is broken down into two sub-tables according to the origin of supply: imported goods and services (table 6) and domestic output (table 7). Finally, the input-output tables are presented in tables 8 to 10.

  • the supply table at basic prices, including the transition to purchasers’ prices (table 1)
  • the use table at purchasers’ prices (table 2)
  • the tables of subsidies and taxes on products (excluding VAT) (tables 3, 3a and 3b)
  • the table of trade margins (table 4)
  • the use table at basic prices (table 5)
  • the use table at basic prices for imports (table 6)
  • the use table at basic prices for domestic output (table 7)
  • the symmetric input-output table at basic prices (table 8)
  • the symmetric input-output table at basic prices for imports (table 9)
  • the symmetric input-output table at basic prices for domestic output (table 10)
