Input-Output Tables 2015 - bis [IO_2015_Bis]

 Updates

20/12/2019

The input-output tables for 2015 were calculated in line with the rules of the European System of Accounts 2010 (ESA 2010). Compared to the first version of the 2015 input-output tables published in December 2018, the tables presented here incorporate the occasional revision of the national accounts implemented by Belgium in 2019. The data are published in a set of 10 tables and are available at the aggregation level of 64 industries (A64/NACE REV. 2) and 64 product groups (P64/CPA 2.1).

The supply and use tables, from which the input-output tables are derived, are set out in tables 1 and 2. Tables 3 to 5 describe the transition tables needed to convert the use table valued at purchasers’ prices into a use table valued at basic prices. Next, the use table is broken down into two sub-tables according to the origin of supply: imported goods and services (table 6) and domestic output (table 7). Finally, the input-output tables (product by product and industry by industry) are presented in tables 8 to 10.
