Data

The FPB not only publishes the results of its research, but also a set of databases. These databases can contain either historical data or forecasts.

Labour market

This database contains annual series covering the period 1996-2021. The forecasts take into account Part 2 of the 2019 national accounts as well as the quarterly aggregates until the third quarter of 2020 and the GDP flash estimate for the fourth quarter. These forecasts have been approved by the board of the National Accounts Institute and by the Scientific Committee for the economic budget.

 11/02/2021

This database forms the statistical annex of the most recent medium-term outlook for the Belgian economy. It contains yearly figures for Belgium covering the period 1996-2026. The data are derived from the HERMES model.

 26/02/2021

In this database, domestic employment, labour volume (hours worked) and the wage costs of wage earners are broken down per industry (A38 of Nace rev. 2) according to gender, age group and education level. The breakdowns of employment and labour volumes are available for domestic employment as a whole and for wage earners and self-employed people separately. The database provides annual results for the period 1999-2018 and corresponds with the last edition of the national accounts (October 2019).
