The Federal Planning Bureau (FPB) places a great deal of importance on the quality of the services it offers. Therefore, in the unfortunate event that you have a comment or complaint, we kindly invite you to communicate them to the FPB complaint manager. The complaint manager will in his turn pass on your complaint or comment to the relevant person or service. A complaint by no means replaces a legal appeal procedure.
To improve complaint handling, we ask you to mention your name, email and a correct description of your complaint. Complaints not related to the Federal Planning Bureau will not be treated.
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you automatically. You will receive a reasoned answer within 30 calendar days.
Anonymous complaints will not be treated.
